Jessica Brisson

Jessica Brisson is our Sales Rep and Marc and Elaine’s youngest.



She grew up on the Brisson’s farm cooking and eating homegrown meals with the best beef around. Jessica worked in a couple of local restaurants while studying laboratory science and then moved to New Hampshire where she’s now serving  Veterans as a Clinical Lab Scientist and is the go-to beef supplier for her friends and co-workers.

She’s the culinary extraordinaire of our operation and brings Wagyu beef to retail markets and home freezers around New Hampshire to create more superior eating experiences.
