Full blood wagyu beef raised right in the heart of Vermont.
We have live cattle ready for processing with a 3 week turn around time. Our cattle are slaughtered and processed at Vermont Livestock Slaughter & Processing in Ferrisburgh, VT, pick-up and delivery is available from this location. An initial deposit of $1,000 is required and the remainder of the payment will be calculated once the animal is on the rail & hanging weight is known.
Whole beef is delivered in subprimals, cryovacuum sealed and boxed with a grind option, see selections below. Contact us for additional requests concerning organs, etc.
